the club

At samaar, movement is a conscious choice, free from other people's expectations. These options are designed so your body can find its own rhythm, in the spaces that resonate most with you.
our spaces
The Club has three spaces. Tap each one to see what you'll find.
free movement studio

The room for group classes: yoga, mat pilates, barre and stretching. And it has one particularity — when the schedule says so, it can be turned into a hot room, at 38 °C.
the hot room (38 °C) — why it helps
Heat does two things. The first is mechanical: the body warms up much sooner, muscles give with less resistance, and you gain range of motion without forcing. The second is intensity: sweating that way, the practice stops being only muscular work and becomes cardiovascular too.
Not every session uses heat. The schedule shows which ones do.
Heat isn't for everyone. If you are pregnant, have high or low blood pressure, any cardiovascular condition, or are under medical treatment, message us before booking a hot class and we'll guide you. In any case: arrive hydrated and leave the room if you feel dizzy.
yoga
We practice several styles of yoga. Each has its own pace — from the slowest to the most dynamic:
- Hatha yoga. Held postures and an unhurried pace. It's the foundation of everything else: alignment and breath, with no rush. A good place to start if you've never done yoga.
- Vinyasa. Sequences linked to the breath: one movement for every inhale or exhale. More dynamic than hatha — the body hardly ever stops.
- Hatha Vinyasa. A blend of the two above: the calm and precision of hatha, with stretches of flowing sequence.
- Yin yoga. Floor postures held for several minutes, with no muscular effort. It works the deep tissue and joint mobility. The stillest practice we offer.
- Yin Yang. Combines the stillness of yin with active, strength-based segments. A single session takes you from movement to pause.
- Functional yoga. Focused on the movement you use outside the studio: strength, stability and the joint range that serves you in everyday life.
- Bikram. A fixed sequence of postures, always the same. Its value lies precisely in the repetition: because it never changes, you can measure your progress session by session.
mat pilates
Pilates on the mat, no machine. Deep core work — abdomen and lower back — with small, highly controlled movements.
barre
Inspired by ballet: short, repeated movements, using the barre for support. Tones legs and glutes with no impact on the joints.
stretching
A session devoted entirely to stretching. It works as a complement if you train hard, or as recovery after days of heavy load.
pilates reformer studio

Conscious, controlled movement on the machine, designed to accompany each person with intention and professional care.
Reformer is charged separately from the other classes — see the packages or the memberships.
oasis

The space to slow down and recover after moving. This is where the Hydro Circuit and relaxation bodywork live.
- Hydro Circuit. Sauna, jacuzzi and cold plunge, to alternate heat and cold.
- Relaxation massages. Bodywork to release tension.
- Relaxation treatments. Rituals designed for rest.
See the details under relaxation. The number of Hydro Circuit visits depends on your plan.
